To celebrate their impact and reconnect beyond the day-to-day, the Airbnb Tech team hosted a two-day event called Off Air—a space for creativity, reflection, and connection. I partnered closely with the team to develop the event’s visual identity and marketing assets, creating a look and feel that captured the spirit of community and innovation at the heart of Airbnb.

Inspired by off-air TV graphics, static, and glitch effects, we reimagined Airbnb’s Design Language System to create a custom font, logo, and color palette—staying true to the core Airbnb brand, but with a unique twist tailored to the event. One the visual identity was in place, we designed posters, signage, badges, and swag. To build anticipation, we took over screens across Airbnb’s campus and social channels with bold, attention-grabbing “off-air” visuals.
